Our Offerings

Our CrossFit Kaiyay facility is based in the La Lucia Mall (Entrance 6 Upper Level by the Banking Hall. We offer purely CrossFit Classes in the mornings and the evenings. Please check our 'schedule' tab for the applicable times. We also offer HIIT Series classes which are 30 Minute High Intensity Interval Training Classes daily, where we incorporate our state of the art Concept II Rowing machines and Assault Bikes for the ultimate 'Fat Torching' sessions.

Our passion is to teach our members how to move better, and as a result become Fitter. When we are active, fit and healthy, we truly start being able to live life to fullest.

How we achive this

We believe in RESULTS based training, where your times, reps, weights and range of motion are of paramount importance. All of our sessions have these elements and you are able to track and compare your PB's (Personal Bests) so you can see as well as feel the benefits as you progress and improve.


All of our sessions are group classes and we have a wide variety of time slots available from Monday through to Saturday. CrossFit in a nutshell is an incredibly effective strength and conditioning program that delivers a fitness that is by design, broad, general, and all inclusive.

The CrossFit program is designed for universal scalability making it the perfect application for any committed individual regardless of experience or ability. We have professional rugby players doing WOD's in the same class as 58 year old's who are "chomping at the bit" to finish faster than each other as they are both doing the same session. We scale load and intensity; we don't change programs.

Our HIIT Series classes are also performed in group orientated sessions and are only 30 mins from start to finish (Bring your A games and be prepared to go DEEP & DARK
